You shall hold Bright Union harmless from any claims from the offering platform and its Affiliates in relation to any interaction with the Bright Union Protocol and agree to not commence or initiate, as well as assist, advise or cooperate with any Person, in any claim, lawsuit or otherwise against Bright Union and its Affiliates in relation to your use or interaction with Bright Union Protocol.The Bright Union Protocol is not available to citizens or residents of Afghanistan, American Samoa, The Bahamas, Botswana, Cambodia, China, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK, North-Korea), Ethiopia, Ghana, Guam, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Puerto Rico, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, US Virgin Islands, United States of America (USA), Yemen or any other jurisdiction in which accessing or using the protocol is prohibited (“Prohibited Jurisdictions”). In using the Bright Union Protocol, you confirm that you are not located in, incorporated or otherwise established in, or a citizen or resident of, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
